Within the Permissions section of a user profile, under the Email iQ box, you will find the Email iQ checkbox to grant permission.

When the Email iQ permission is granted, the user will have the ability to:

• Send an Emails in TiQ

• Navigate Email Records

• Create Practice Email Templates

• Create a Scheduled Emails

• Create User Email Templates in TiQ
