From the Email iQ tab select the + New Email button.

The Send Email overview will open.

On the Send Email Form, use the drop-down menu or enter the Client Name to search with ease.

Select to whom the email will be sent.

NOTE: TiQ will automatically generate the email addresses of clients and referral sources using information from the client demographics. If they do not generate then add emails to the profile by editing client demographics. Click Here to Learn How to Add Responsible Parties and Referral Sources to Client's Demographics

If “other” is selected: you must manually input the email address of the recipient.

CC recipients by clicking the CC button

(Repeat step 3 instructions)

Enter the sender’s email address and subject line

Note: The sender email will automatically populate to the user email that is logged in when creating the email. This can be changed manually.

Type the Email Subject.

Select an Email Template from the dropdown if needed.

Create Email content.

On the Attachments section, you can add any documentation related to the Email.

When using the Attach from TiQ option, a 'Select All Files' checkbox is available, allowing you to select all client and company files at once if needed.

NOTE: If the total size of selected files is under 25 MB, the files will be sent separately. However, if the total size of selected files exceeds 25 MB, a warning pop-up appears.

Selecting ‘Acknowledge’ generates a zip file, adds it to the email's text box, and includes a zip link to be sent in the email.

NOTE: Zip links generated for attached files in emails expire 7 days after sending. Files inside the zip are automatically deleted after 7 days.

The email will also include a warning text about the zip file availability and its expiration timeline, ensuring the recipient knows they have 7 days to download the files.

IMPORTANT: The link is no longer accessible after the 7-day expiration period.

Select Send Email to send the email.
