How to Send an Email in TiQ

From the Email iQ tab select the + New Email button.

4. The Send Email overview will open.

On the Send Email Form, use the drop-down menu or enter the Client Name to search with ease.

Select to whom the email will be sent.

NOTE: TiQ will automatically generate the email addresses of client and referral sources using information from the client demographics. If other is selected: you must manually input the email address of the recipient.

CC recipients by clicking the CC button

Repeat step 3 instructions

Enter the sender’s email address and subject line

Note: The sender email will automatically populate to the user email that is logged in when creating the email. This can be changed manually.

Type the Email Subject.

Select an Email Template from the dropdown if needed.

Create Email content.

On the Attachments section, you can add any documentation related to the Email.

Select Send Email to send the email.
