From the Navigation Bar, select Email iQ
Select the Email Scheduling button
Select the Email Log button
Using the Search Bar you can search for specific clients
The Email Status will be listed on the right side
There are 7 types of email statuses in TiQ:
Processed: The TiQ server has received the email request to be sent. The status is automatically changed to Sent if the delivery of the email to the recipient’s mailing server is successful
Dropped: The recipient’s email server has denied the request to receive the email from TiQ
Bounced: The email was not delivered.
Sent: the initiation of the email being sent to the recipient has started
Delivered: The email has been delivered to the recipient server, not necessarily to the recipient's inbox.
Opened: The email was opened by the recipient.
Clicked: The recipient clicked a link in the email.
