At TiQ, we know how crucial it is to efficiently manage your waitlist and ensure your potential clients receive the attention they need. This guide will help you navigate our waitlist manager, so you never miss an opportunity to schedule an appointment.
From the Navigation Bar, select Waitlist iQ
IMPORTANT: Leads in Waitlist iQ are automatically generated from the TiQ lead form posted on your website. However, you also have the option to manually add leads if necessary.
Select + New Lead
Fill in the required fields on the Lead Form

Select Submit Lead to save
Change the status of the new lead by selecting from the drop-down menu
The available statuses are:
- None Selected
- 1st Pending Response
- 2nd Pending Response
- 3rd Pending Response
- Ready to Schedule
- No Longer Interested
- Other - See Notes

Clicking on the 3 dots on the right side of a lead will display the following options:
- Import to Client iQ: When the client is ready to be scheduled, this option will add the client to the Client iQ
- Add to Waitlist: When the client is not ready to be scheduled yet.
- Edit: If any information needs to be added or corrected
- Archive: When you archive clients, you're organizing your client list by setting aside those who may not be currently active but may still hold value
- Delete: When you want to remove the lead
- Move To Sub-Account: For practices with sub-accounts, this option allows to move that lead to the specific account that will be providing services to that new client.
If the Notes section is longer than 250 characters, it will only show 5 lines up to 250 characters here. To see the complete note select Edit from the options.
In the Last Contacted column, you can manually choose the most recent date of contact.
Click the 3 dots on the right side of the lead, and select Import To Client iQ
NOTE: You have the ability to import a lead to Client iQ both from the Client Leads and the Client Waitlist tabs.
When the lead is imported, their client profile is automatically created.
