Navigating Waitlist iQ

At TiQ, we understand how important it is to manage your waitlist effectively and ensure that your potential clients are taken care of. This guide will show you how to navigate our waitlist manager effectively and ensure that you never miss an opportunity to schedule an appointment.

‍From the Navigation Bar, select Waitlist iQ

To add a new lead, select + New Lead

Fill in the required fields on the Lead Form

Select Submit Lead to save

Change the status of the new lead by selecting from the drop-down menu

The available statuses are:

- None Selected

- 1st Pending Response

- 2nd Pending Response

- 3rd Pending Response

- Ready to Schedule

- No Longer Interested

- Other - See Notes

On the right side of any client, when the 3 dots is selected a menu with options will appear

From the menu, you are able to take the following actions:

Import to Client iQ: When the client is ready to be scheduled, this option will add the client to the Client iQ

Add to Waitlist: When the client is not ready to be scheduled

Edit: If any information needs to be added or corrected

Archive: When you archive clients, you're organizing your client list by setting aside those who may not be currently active but may still hold value 

Delete: When you want to remove the lead.

If the note is longer than 250 characters, it will only show 5 lines up to 250 characters here. To see the complete note select Edit from the menu option

In the Last Contacted column, you can manually choose the most recent date of contact.

To import a lead from the Waitlist Manager:

Navigate to the Client Waitlist tab

Navigate to your desired client and select Import to Client iQ

Note: When the lead is imported, their client profile is automatically created.
