- This status represents the default or initial state when a lead or waitlist entry has not yet been contacted or assigned a specific status.

- It indicates that there hasn't been any action taken or communication with the lead.

1st Pending Response:

- This status is used when the initial contact or response to the lead has been made, but there is no resolution or commitment from the lead's side yet.

- It suggests that you're waiting for the first response or a follow-up action from the lead.

2nd Pending Response:

- This status implies that you've already made a second attempt to contact the lead or follow up on the initial response.

- You're still waiting for a response or decision from the lead after the second interaction.

3rd Pending Response:

- Similar to the 2nd Pending Response, this status indicates that you've made a third attempt to contact the lead.

- You're waiting for a response or decision after the third interaction, which may suggest a higher level of interest or urgency.

Ready To Schedule:

- This status is used when the lead has expressed a readiness to schedule or commit to a specific action or appointment.

- It signals that the lead is close to becoming a client or customer.
