This permission controls access to the reports contained in Reporting iQ (i.e. Ledger, Payments Report, Transaction Report). Within the Reporting iQ box in the Permissions section in a user profile, you will find 3 different permissions that can be granted:

1. Clinical Reporting
2. View All Financial Reports
3. View My Financial Reports

- The Clinical Reporting permission grants access to the folowing reports:

1. Client Engagement
2. Screener Reports
3. Retention Report

The Financial Reports permissions will grant access to these reports:

1. Ledger
2. Transactions Report
3. Payments Report
4. Invoice Aging
5. Payroll Report

- View All Financial Reports allows the user to access all financial data for all clients at the practice. Whether they are assigned to the user or not. 

- View My Financial Reports can only see information related to their assigned clients in the financial reports contained in Reporting iQ.

IMPORTANT: Enabling any of the Financial Reports permission will automatically activate the Lock/Unlock Billed Events permission in Calendar iQ, allowing users to manually lock or unlock appointments. If the no Financial Report permission is selected, the Lock/Unlock Billed Events permission will be permanently disabled and grayed out.
