Navigating the Client Engagement Report

Effective client engagement is crucial for building strong relationships and achieving long-term success, in this guide we will provide you with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the client engagement reports with confidence.

From Reporting iQ select the Client Engagement tab.

There are 8 columns that include:

- Client Name

- Provider Name

- Date of Service/Appointment

- Location

- Attendance Status

- Client Status on Service Date

- Last Seen

- Days Since Last Seen

Note: By default, the dates are shown in order from the most recent.

If you are looking for a specific client you can search them in the search bar and filters.

You can export this report for any clients, the file will be downloaded in Excel spreadsheet format.
