In this guide we will walk you through generating, filtering, and exporting a screener report, ensuring a seamless experience every step of the way.
From Reporting iQ select the Screener Reports tab.
Note: By default, the Screener Reports tab will not show data, you must select a screener from the dropdown options to populate the list.
Select the screener report dropdown, and select the specific screener report you want to view results for.
You will see a list of all client's screener results corresponding to the selected screener.
From the filters button, you are able to filter:
- by provider
- by date
Note: If you select filter options and save, when you come back to the Screener Report page, the filters will remain in place.
From the Search Bar field you can search by:
- Client Name
- Provider
You can also export screeners reports by selecting the ‘Export’ button.
If no filters have been selected an excel spreadsheet with all clients screeners will be downloaded to your computer.
Note: Select the checkboxes to select a specific client screener to export.
Note: If you have filters selected and then select the ‘Export’ button a excel spreadsheet will export the filtered client screener forms.
