Understanding The Payments iQ Permission
In this guide you’ll learn how the Payments iQ permission works for users in TiQ.
Within the Payments iQ box in the Permissions section in a user profile, you’ll find 2 different permissions that can be granted:
- Payments iQ
- Hide Full Service Fee
- When the Payments iQ permission is checked, the user has the ability to:
- View and access the Billing Overview section in Client Profiles.
- Generate Superbills
- Collect payments
- When the Hide Full Service Fee permission is checked, the user won’t be able to:
- Manually add Ledger entries and run Batch Payments. (the +New… button in the Ledger will be hidden)
- Generate Superbills.
- Also, the full service fee will be hidden for the user in the Ledger, Payment Detail Page, Event Form, and calendar appointments.
