The Calendar Availability feature allows users to efficiently filter and view provider availability, streamlining the booking process. With advanced filtering options based on license type and availability, users can easily match clients with providers who meet specific licensing requirements and have open appointment slots.
Access Calendar iQ and click the Filters button. Select the providers whose availability you want to check.
NOTE: You can also apply filters for Locations and Tags.
Select the Availability Search button.
Set the Date, Time Frame, Time Zone, and Appointment Duration for your search, then select Search.
NOTE: The selected providers, locations, and/or tags will be displayed below.
IMPORTANT: The Time Zone field defaults to the practice’s time zone
The system will display available slots for each selected provider.
Click Book on the preferred time slot for the desired provider.
The New Event window will appear. Complete the information and then select Create Event.

The newly scheduled appointment will now appear on the provider’s calendar.
If no providers are available for the selected date and time, you will see the message: “No Providers matching the search criteria were available”
IMPORTANT: If the provider syncs Calendar iQ with Google Calendar, any appointments scheduled in Google Calendar will be deducted from their availability in Calendar iQ.
