From the Navigation Bar select Calendar iQ

Based the marked attendance for your events, you will 3 main icons

Attended: a green circle filled with a checked calendar appears on events after the attendance is marked as Attended

For events with more than one client: If at least 1 member of the group attended, the icon is Attended

No Show: a red circle filled with an X 'd-out calendar appears on events where the attendance is marked as "No show"

For events with more than one client: If ALL members of the group are marked as No Show, the icon will be No Show

Client Canceled: an orange circle filled with a lined calendar appears on events where the attendance is marked as "Client Canceled"

For events with more than one client: If ALL members of the group are marked Client Cancelled, the icon will be Client Canceled

Provider Canceled: identical to the Client Cancel icon, the Provider Canceled will display an orange circle filled with a lined calendar on events where the attendance is marked as "Provider Canceled"

For events with more than one client: If ALL members of the group are marked as Provider Canceled, the icon will be Provider Canceled

Late Cancel: identical to the Client, and Provider Cancel icons, the Provider Canceled will display an orange circle filled with a lined calendar on events where the attendance is marked as "Late Cancel"

For events with more than one client: If ALL members of the group are marked as Late Canceled, the icon will be Late Canceled
