There are 7 different event statuses currently in TiQ. In this guide you’ll learn what they mean, how to identify them, and when to use them.
- Upcoming - Purple Icon
When a new event is scheduled for a future date, the default status will be Upcoming displaying a purple icon.
- Attended - Green Icon
When an event is marked as “attended”, the event will show a green icon with a check mark.
IMPORTANT: For events with multiple clients (group sessions, family sessions), if at least 1 member of the session is marked as “Attended”, the calendar icon will be updated.
- Checked In - Blue Icon
When a client has checked in using the Check-In Kiosk, the event status will be updated to “Checked In” and a blue icon will be displayed.

- No Show - Red Icon
If the client didn’t show up to the appointment without previous notification, the event attendance can be set as No Show, and a red icon with an “X” will be displayed.
IMPORTANT: For events with multiple clients, only if ALL members of the group are marked as No Show, the icon will be No Show.
- Client Cancelled - Orange Icon
If clients notify in advance that they won’t be attending the session, the provider can mark the event as Client Cancelled, and an orange icon will be displayed in the event.
IMPORTANT: For events with multiple clients, only if ALL members of the group are marked as Client Cancelled, the icon will be Client Cancelled
- Provider Cancelled - Orange Icon
If for some reason the provider needs to cancel an appointment, the event attendance can be set as Provider Cancelled, which will display an orange icon identical to the Client Cancelled.
IMPORTANT: For events with multiple clients, only if ALL members of the group are marked as Provider Cancelled, the icon will be Provider Cancelled
- Late Cancel - Orange Icon
Identical to the Client and Provider Cancellation icons. If the event needed to be cancelled after the scheduled time, the provider can select Late Cancel as the attendance status.
IMPORTANT: For events with multiple clients, only if ALL members of the group are marked as Late Canceled, the icon will be Late Canceled
When an appointment’s attendance is set as any of the cancellation reasons (Client Cancelled, Provider Cancelled, Late Cancel), the provider will receive an email notification informing them about the cancellation.
The reason for cancelling will be displayed in the email.
