From the Navigation Bar, select Video iQ
Select the + New Session button
Add the Client(s) that will attend this appointment. Check the type of reminders you’d like them to receive, and you can also select the specific fee you’d like to charge your client for the event.
Enter your Client Services by selecting the service name from the drop-down (Service Fee will populate upon selection)
NOTE: The service list drop-down will only include services that are assigned to the client who will be attending this appointment.

In the Event Details section add the Date. If this will be a recurring event, turn on the Set To Recurring toggle.

Select the event’s Start/End times, and the Duration. You can manually type the Duration and it will directly impact the End Time.
IMPORTANT: When scheduling events, the Time Zone will show the primary practice’s location time zone.
Select the Event Type and Practice Location.

Add the Event Room (If applicable) and the Place Of Service.
IMPORTANT: When scheduling Telehealth sessions, please ensure you select the correct Place of Service code (either 02 or 10). Failing to do so may result in the client not receiving a link to join the session, and the "Start Session" button will not appear in the event details form.
Add the Staff Member(s)
IMPORTANT: if the provider has a different time zone set in their TiQ profile, the event’s time zone will be changed to match the provider’s time zone.
Enter any Meeting Details as required.
Select Create Event to add it to your calendar
You can immediately send the event invite to the client, or skip it to send it later.
Now you can see the Video iQ Session scheduled on your Calendar
