To be successful using Video iQ, a few permissions need to be given to your Google Chrome browser. This guide will provide you with the necessary steps to allow your Video iQ to

On your Google Chrome window, click on the three vertical dots (Menu icon) in the top-right corner and select Settings from the dropdown menu,

In the left sidebar, click on Privacy and security

Scroll down and click on Site settings

Locate and click on Camera or Microphone from the list of permissions.

Make sure the right device is selected from the drop down

Make sure the Sites can ask to use your microphone or Sites can ask to use your camera option is selected

After making changes, refresh the page or restart your browser for the changes to take effect

When starting a Video iQ session, a popup will show asking you to allow Google Chrome to use your camera and your microphone

Select Allow and your camera and microphone will now work on Video iQ
