Video iQ provides an interactive way to improve your telehealth experience. This guide gives you a deeper understanding of Video iQ's capabilities and provides the knowledge needed to navigate this feature effortlessly.
Note: To successfully use Video iQ, permissions need to be granted to your Google Chrome browser, click here to learn how to do it.
While in a Video iQ session, you’ll find 8 icons at the bottom:
- Microphone.
The microphone icon in blue means is it active. When the icon is red and crossed it means it is not active.
- Video/Camera
The camera/video icon in blue means is it active. When the icon is red and crossed it means it is not active.
- Share Screen option:
To share your screen click on the monitor icon. A popup with multiple options will appear. Select what you want to share: Chrome Tab, Window, or Entire Screen.
Note: Toggle the Also Share System Audio option if you need to share your audio with the participants.

- Settings
When selecting the Settings icon, a popup will show up, that will allow you to manage your Video and Audio configuration.
You are able to select which camera and microphone you wish to use, in case you have multiple cameras and microphones plugged into your device.
Note: Don't forget to select the Done button to save the settings.
- Wi-Fi:
Here you can check your internet usage and video metrics.
- Participants
Here you can see the names of the participants. You’ll be able to check if they have activated the microphone and camera, and you’ll also have the ability to remove the participants from the session and mute/unmute participants.
- View Modes
Here you can select 1 of the 3 available view modes: Speaker Mode, Gallery Mode, and Best Performance.
Note: by default, Best Performance view mode is activated every time you start a Video iQ session.

Here you’ll have 3 options: Cancel, Leave Meeting, and End Meeting For All
