Practice Intelligence iQ is an AI-powered chat tool designed to help you quickly access key information stored in a Client Profile — such as contact details, status, assigned provider, and more. It works across all clients in your practice, but that’s just the beginning.
It can also help you create new client profiles, draft emails, and gather specific information from clients — all in just a few steps.
To enable Practice Intelligence for a user follow the steps below:
From the Navigation Bar, go to Team Manager and locate the provider’s profile.
If you have permission to manage roles and settings, you can access your own profile from the top-right menu.
Under the Profile tab, scroll down to the Permissions section. Locate the Practice Intelligence permission and check the box to enable it.
Scroll down and click Save to apply the changes.
IMPORTANT: Practice Intelligence requires a subscription seat. Please ensure that your subscription includes an available seat for this feature in order to enable it. Click here for additional information on how to manage your subscription.
Once enabled, Practice Intelligence will appear in the top toolbar on the right.
From there, users can access the AI-powered chat tool to request information and receive assistance while navigating the platform.
