Understanding Waitlist iQ ( as a Waitlist iQ only user )

Managing your clients is essential for the success of your business or organization. In this guide, we'll help you gain a clear understanding of how to use all the tools in the Waitlist iQ.

From the Waitlist iQ registration page complete the required information

You will be redirected to the Confirmation Page

In your confirmation email, click on the link inside to verify your email address

You will then be redirected to the login page.

Add your email address and password and select login

After you log in, you will be redirected to the Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Verification page

Tip: From your email, you have the ability to copy and paste the 2FA Verification Code

After you log in, you will be redirected to the Waitlist iQ page

From the Navigation Bar, you are only able to select Waitlist iQ or Forms iQ

In Waitlist iQ, you will see 3 different tabs:

  • Client Lead: Individuals who have shown interest in services but haven't started treatment yet.
  • Client Waitlist: Refers to clients who are interested in your services, but there might be a waiting period before they can access or use them.
  • Archived: When you archive clients, you're organizing your client list by setting aside those who may not be currently active but may still hold value.

Note: Archiving doesn't mean losing them permanently; it simply means they need re-engagement efforts. You can revisit archived clients later, attempting to rekindle their interest through targeted marketing or reactivation campaigns.

Add a new lead by selecting the + New Lead button under the Client Lead tab.

You will be redirected to a New Lead Form

Select the Submit button

Your need lead will now be listed under the Client Leads tab.

Under the Client Leads tab, you will see the following columns:

  • Created
  • Name
  • Email
  • Telephone Number
  • Status (Click here to Understand Waitlist iQ statuses)
  • Last Contacted
  • Notes

If the note is bigger than 250 characters, the preview will only show 5 lines and up to 250 characters. To see the complete note, navigate to the 3 dots on the right side, and select Edit. 

In the Last Contacted column, you can manually choose the most recent date of contact

By selecting the 3 dot option from a Client Lead you are able to:

  • Add to Waitlist
  • Edit
  • Archive
  • Delete

You will see different columns to display your Client Waitlist information:

  • Create Date
  • Name
  • Email
  • Telephone Number
  • Status
  • Last Contacted: From this column you are able to manually select the last date of contact from the date picker.
  • Notes

By selecting the 3 dot option from a Client Waitlist you are able to:

  • Edit
  • Archive
  • Delete

You will see differents columns to display your Client Archived information:

  • Created
  • Name
  • Email
  • Telephone Number
  • Status
  • Last Contacted
  • Notes

By selecting the 3 dot option from an archived client you are able to:

  • Move to Leads
  • Move to Waitlist
  • Delete
