Understanding The Messaging iQ Permission
This guide is here to provide you with knowledge and insights on how Messaging iQ permission works for TiQ users.
Within the Permissions section of a user profile, under the Messaging iQ box, you will find the Messaging iQ checkbox to grant permission.
When the Messaging iQ permission is granted, the user will have access to the Messaging iQ feature, allowing them to create and edit SMS appointment reminder templates.
** IMPORTANT: Messaging iQ is our automated appointment reminder system, which delivers reminders via SMS text messages. While convenient, SMS is not HIPAA-compliant, and this tool should not be used to share sensitive or protected health information.**
