Understanding The Expiring Pre-Authorization Services Alert

The Expiring Pre-Authorization Services Alert is triggered when a client’s remaining pre-authorized services are close to reaching their expiration date.

When opening this alert, you'll see the expiration date of the pre-authorized services, the codes for those services, the number of authorized services for the client, and the remaining services available, along with other details.

This information is taken from the Pre-Authorized Services added within the Financial & Insurance Info Tab within the client profile. Click here to learn more about the Pre-Authorized Services

You have the ability to set the frequency in which you need this alert to trigger in the Alert Settings tab within Practice Manager. Click here to learn how to setup Dashboard alerts for your practice.

You can also select whether to show this alert on your dashboard or not by toggling the Show Expiring Pre-Authorized Service Alert switch.
