Understanding The Conversation iQ Permission

This guide is here to provide you with knowledge and insights on how Conversation iQ permission works for TiQ users.

Within the Permissions section of a user profile, inside the Conversation iQ box, you will find the Conversation iQ checkbox to grant permission.

When the Conversation iQ permission is granted, the user will have the ability to chat with clients via Text Messages/SMS directly through Therapy iQ.
