Utilizing Conversation iQ

Conversation iQ allows users to communicate directly with clients via SMS messaging. To utilize this feature The Conversation iQ permission must be enabled in the Team Member's profile.

Note: The Client iQ permission on a Team Member's profile will dictate if they see all client conversations or just their assigned clients in Conversation iQ.

From the Navigation Bar, Select Conversation iQ

Tip: You can also select your client's Conversation Tab from their profile

Select New Conversation to begin a new conversation with a client or select an existing conversation from the conversation log.

Select the desired client from the droop down or you can also type in their name

IMPORTANT: Clients must have a valid mobile phone number entered in their client demographics page to participate in Conversation iQ

Confirm you'd like to start a new conversation with the client selected

Type your message in the text bar at the bottom of the page

Select the Send icon to send your text

Note: Messages in Conversation iQ cannot be deleted

Responses will appear in real time as the client responds.

You can also use the Search bar to find the specific messages

To close and remove a message from the log select the X icon on the right corner

Confirm you'd like to close the conversation

Note: A conversation can be re-opened by selecting the New Conversation button
