Therapy iQ provides room management that allows you to track the room in which an appointment is taking place. This allows you to filter the calendar by room, to simplify scheduling tasks

From any screen of TiQ, navigate to the New Appointment shortcut, at the top of the screen.

On the Event Form, navigate to the Event Room field and select the room that this appointment will take place in

To view your appointments based on Rooms

On the calendar Select the Filter Icon

Select the rooms you would like to view on the calendar

You will now see your events listed based on the Rooms filter
