From the Navigation Bar select Client iQ.
From the Client iQ overview select the desired client.
From the Client Profile select the ‘Files shared with Client’ dropdown and select ‘Send File to Portal’ button.
Select Client Files.
NOTE: The files shown on this list correlate with the permission assigned.
Select the checkbox for a specific file.
Tip: You can also use the search box to search the file needed.
Select the ‘Confirm’ button.
A confirmation message will appear at the bottom ‘Send Files Success’.
