From the navigation bar select Calendar iQ

From Calendar iQ select the New Event button

Name the event as a Group Session or customize the event name by typing directly into this field

Enter the rest of the Event information

Select Add Client or Add by Tag

Add Staff Member(s)

Enter any Meeting Details

Select Create Event to add it to your calendar

You can invite participants by selecting Send Invite or Skip
