How To Request Revision Of Progress Notes

Supervisors can request revision of progress notes by their supervisees/interns and leave notes to guide the process. Click Here To Learn How to Assign Supervisors

NOTE: The revision needed button will only appear on the notes of individuals who are either being supervised or are currently supervising the provider who completed the note.

To Request Revision:

From Navigation Bar select Client iQ.

Search for and select a client from the Client Hub.

Select Progress Notes from the Client Profile Overview.

Select the Progress Note you want to view.

Scroll down and select Review Needed

Note: The qualified Supervisor needs to be listed on the form

You will now see the revision note popup

Select the Revision Requested by Supervisor Status

Type in the note needed

Tip: you can also dictate by clicking on the microphone icon

After typing your note, select Confirm

Close the form by selecting the back button‍

IMPORTANT: If Save and Submit Note is selected after completing the revision note, the alert will not trigger for your supervisee

Once Revision has been requested the Revision Needed Alert will be triggered for both the supervisor and supervisee as a missing document alert. Click Here to Learn More about the Revision Needed Alert
