From the Navigation Bar, select Client iQ.

Search for and select the Client from the roster.

Select Forms Library.

Find your Form type from the tabs at the top, then choose your exact Form.

Select the + New button at the upper left. Select New to fill the Form out immediately in TiQ . 

Note: Selecting Send to Portal sends the doc to the Client Portal for them to fill out.

Fill in the Form and click Submit when complete.
