Understanding Portal Documents Status

This guide will give you information regarding the status of your client's portal documents and whether or not they are complete or not. With this feature you will be able to know what forms your client has completed.

From the Client Profile. Navigate to the right side of your screen. There will be a section titled Portal Document Status.

Select the Portal Document Status drop down and you will see a list of forms for that individual client.

Notice some will have a line through them and some will not. A line through a specific document indicates it has been signed and completed by the client in their portal.

You can also select any one of these and view a PDF version of the document for a quick review of the document.

Please Note: Documents sent to the portal that are incomplete will remain on this list until completion. Documents that have been completed will remain on the list for 30 days.

To retract a document you must navigate to the Forms Library in the client's profile.

Select the form you would like to retract.

Select the three dots and from the drop-down select Retract from Portal, the document will now be removed from the client's portal and from the portal document status dropdown.

Note: Documents can only be retracted before a client's signature is entered. Once a signature from the client has been entered, the form is no longer retractable.
