The Portal Document Status section in the client profile allows you to track form completion. Any forms sent to the client portal for the client to complete will be visible in this list.
From the Client Profile. Navigate to the right side of your screen. There will be a section titled Portal Document Status.

Select the Portal Document Status drop down and you will see a list of forms for that individual client.
NOTE: A line through a document indicates that the client has signed and completed it in their portal.

IMPORTANT: The Portal Document Status section displays any forms sent to the client portal within the last 30 days, regardless of whether they’ve been completed. After 30 days, the documents are automatically removed from the list. When that happens, you can still track form completion by using the Task Completed alert in the Dashboard.
To retract a document you must navigate to the Forms Library in the client's profile.

Select the form you would like to retract.

Select the three dots and from the drop-down select Retract from Portal, the document will now be removed from the client's portal and from the portal document status dropdown.

NOTE: Documents can only be retracted if the client has not submitted them on their end. Once the client completes a document, it cannot be retracted anymore.
