Your client will receive an invitation via email with a link to join the meeting

The Video iQ session page will open. Your client will need to enter their Name and select Continue

Your client will have to permit their device by selecting the Check Device Permissions button, and allow access if needed.

Adjust the camera and microphone before entering the meeting

Select the Ask to Join button

The client will need to wait for the host to allow them to join
