Activating the Telehealth Paywall

The Telehealth Paywall is a practice-wide setting that can be activated to ensure that clients pay their session invoice before entering a Telehealth Video iQ meeting.

IMPORTANT: If you turn the  paywall feature on, you will need to create a custom template to override the TiQ standard template. Click here to learn how to create a practice email template.

FromNavigation Bar Select Practice Manager

In Practice Manager select Form Settings

Scroll until you see Features. Toggle Enable Telehealth Meeting Link Paywall to require your clients to pay to access the session.
