How To Use Self Scheduling From Your Client Portal

Once logged into your Client Portal, select My Appointments.

Select the Staff member you want to meet with. Here you will only be able to see providers who are a part of your treatment team

Select the Service for the session from the available options.

Select the Location of the session.

Select a Date for the session from the available dates in the calendar. 

Select the Time of the session.

Review the session to ensure details are correct and Confirm

Once confirmed, your provider will be notified that you have scheduled the session.
