Retention Report – Standardized Metrics

The Retention Report has been enhanced to improve the accuracy of provider and client metrics across all reporting views.

  • Metrics now reflect only attended sessions tied to the primary provider relationship
  • Client progression is calculated using valid session history without duplication from reschedules or system-generated events
  • Churn rate reflects inactivity and scheduling status based on defined thresholds
  • Multi-client and special session types are now correctly attributed per individual client

  • Supervisors only receive alerts when explicitly required by the document configuration
  • Users who have already signed are no longer included in missing signature tasks
