The Retention Report has been enhanced to improve the accuracy of provider and client metrics across all reporting views.
- Metrics now reflect only attended sessions tied to the primary provider relationship
- Client progression is calculated using valid session history without duplication from reschedules or system-generated events
- Churn rate reflects inactivity and scheduling status based on defined thresholds
- Multi-client and special session types are now correctly attributed per individual client

Note Drafts – Per-Provider Draft Management
Draft functionality for unsubmitted forms has been enhanced to support independent drafting per provider.
- Each provider can now save one draft per client per note type
- Drafts are isolated and do not overwrite work created by other providers
- Applies only to new, unsubmitted forms
- Submitted forms remain unchanged
- Draft visibility follows existing documentation permissions

Video iQ – Persistent Meeting ID
Video iQ sessions have been enhanced with a persistent Meeting ID to ensure stable meeting links.
- A unique Meeting ID is generated when an event is created
- The Meeting ID remains unchanged even if the event is edited
- Video meeting links are now generated using the Meeting ID
- Existing event-based workflows (ledger, claims, transcription, etc.) remain unchanged

Missing Signature Alerts – Document-Based Alignment
Missing Signature alerts have been enhanced to align directly with document-level signature requirements.
- The document’s “Supervisor signature required” setting is now the source of truth
- Alerts are only generated when a required signer has not completed their signature
- Supervisors only receive alerts when explicitly required by the document configuration
- Users who have already signed are no longer included in missing signature tasks
- Alert visibility respects signer assignment and permission rules, not payer logic

Secondary ERA Posting – Manual Review for $0 Adjustments
Secondary ERA posting behavior has been enhanced to prevent $0 adjustment-only ERAs from automatically impacting client balances.
- Secondary ERAs with $0 payments and adjustments no longer auto-post to the ledger
- Users can now manually review and post these ERAs from the ERA Log when needed
- Existing posting behavior remains unchanged for ERAs that include payments
Client Statements – Balance & Visibility Enhancements
Client statements have been enhanced
- A new “Client Balance” column now reflects only the amount owed by the client
- Pending insurance balances no longer appear as client responsibility
- Overpayments are now displayed as negative client balances when applicable
