Calendar iQ: Tracks when events are created, edited (including drag-and-drop changes), or deleted
Ledger: Tracks key financial actions such as adjustments, refunds, settlements, insurance payments, and invoicing
Client Profiles: Tracks when client profiles are created, updated, or deleted
Each activity entry includes:
The user who performed the action
The affected client (when applicable)
A clear description of the action performed
A timestamp based on the Practice Time Zone (or UTC if not set)

Statement balances now display as positive values for amounts due
Credits (overpayments) are shown as negative values

Statements now show $0.00 or the correct payment amount for denied, deductible or rejected claims

ZIP Code Field Update
ZIP Code fields now support extended formats (5, 6, 9, and 10 digits), including the use of a dash when applicable. This ensures compatibility with payer requirements and improves data accuracy across the system.
Payer-Specific Rule for Claim Box 33 (Billing Provider NPI)
A new configuration allows practices to define payer-specific rules for the Billing Provider NPI in Claim Box 33.
Supports different NPI values based on payer and provider combinations
Defaults to the Practice/Group NPI when no rule is configured
Revision Needed Alert Log – Note Type Column
A new Note Type column has been added to the Revision Needed alert log to improve visibility and prioritization.
