In this guide we walk you through the View by Line Item option from the Insurance ERA’s tab.
From the View By dropdown select the View by Line Item option.

You now see all individual ERA's that have been received. This view option allows you to view each ERA individually.

In the Search box, you are able to search specific ERA's by:
Client name
- Status
- Payer Name
- Amount
- Check Number

In each line item you will see the following columns presented:
- Client; Status; Proc Code; Mods; Payer Name; Amount; Check Number; Paid Date; Received Date and Notes.

When the 3 dots on a line item view is selected you have the following options:
- View
- Mark as Worked
- Post Claim
- Add Note
- Archived

When an ERA includes a PR-1 (Patient Responsibility) code, an alert icon will appear in the ERA log for that line item, and the item will be highlighted in red. This helps providers quickly identify the reason for the code and the associated patient responsibility.

Once the red line items are marked as "Worked", they will turn grey like the others, but the alert icon will remain visible so providers can still easily identify the code.

To view details about a specific ERA just select from the list on the page to open the detail pop-up window.
