Understanding the Drag and Drop Functionality from Calendar iQ

In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of using the drag and drop functionality to manage appointments from different users' schedules within the Day View.

Select the Day View from Calendar iQ.

From the Calendar filters select the desired users schedules you want to view.

You will see the user schedules displayed on the day view.

Find the desired appointment you want to reschedule, select it and drag it to the users schedule slot you want to reschedule.

A confirmation message pop-up.

Note: By selecting the confirm button the appointment will be rescheduled and moved to the selected user schedule.

By selecting the cancel button the event will stay on the current user schedule-

After confirming the appointment will display in the correct user schedule.

Note: If there is a second provider listed on the event, that staff member will remain on the event after being rescheduled and their calendar will be updated to the new scheduled time as well.

Note: If there is an availability conflict an availability message will pop-up.
