Understanding the Bulk Signature Feature in TiQ

In TiQ, we recognize the importance of efficiency in clinical teams, especially for supervisors who often need to sign multiple clinical documents at once. This guide will walk you through setting up and using the Bulk Signature feature in your user profile.

As a reminder: Only the following user roles can be assigned as supervisors in TiQ: 

- Clinical Admin

- Account Owner

- Therapist

- Nurse Practitioner/ Prescriber

Enabling Bulk Signature Feature

From The Navigation Bar, navigate to Team Manager and select or search the Team Member you would like to give the Bulk Signature permission to.

On the profile settings locate the Permissions section

Under the clinical documents permissions select the 'Bulk Signature' checkbox to activate the bulk signature ability for your profile.

Note: This checkbox will be enabled only for roles that can be set as supervisors: Therapist, Clinical Admin, Account Owner, and Nurse Practitioner/ Prescriber.

Important: To utilize the bulk signature feature, the team member needs to be listed as a Supervisor on another user profile

Using Bulk Signature:

From Missing Signature and Revision Needed Alerts supervisors can bulk-sign the following clinical documents:

- Biopsychosocial

- Treatment Plan

- Discharge Report

- Treatment Review

- Progress Note

From the dashboard select the Missing Signature or Revision Needed Alerts dropdown.

By selecting the desired clinical form option will be redirected to that clinical form missing signature page. In this example we are viewing the Missing Signature Alert Alert for an Individual Treatment Plan

Select the checkboxes from the desired client clinical forms you want to bulk sign.

Once you've selected multiple forms, the Bulk Signature button will now read Sign Selected.

A bulk signature pop-up will appear with the Date and the Qualified Supervisor fields auto-filled by default.

Note: If a team member has more than one supervisor, additional supervisors can be found in the drop down of the Qualified Supervisor field. By default, this field will auto-populate to the first supervisor listed in the team member's profile and it will populate the supervisor, no matter the roles.

Add a Supervisor Signature. This field is required.

Note: If you have Pin Based signature, you also can add your pin.

Select the Confirm button.

Note: Once the you select the Confirm button, the popup will close and the selected forms will be signed.

If Cancel is selected no forms will be signed.
