In this guide we explain you the different action items from a line item ERA
- View: By selecting the ‘View’ action item, the ERA will open in a new pop-up window.
- Mark as worked: Selecting the ‘Mark as worked’ action item will manually mark the selected individual ERA as worked.
- Post Claim: Selecting the ‘Post Claim’ action item, the ERA will post to the clients ledger. The Paid amount will go to the insurance paid column and the Adjustment with CO - code will go to the adjustment column on the ledger.
- Archived: Selecting the ‘Archived’ action item, the ERA will be stored or moved to an archive section for historical reference or record-keeping purposes.
