The Client Relations Manager allows a user to connect clients with other TiQ clients seeking services or a contact.

On the Client Profile select the Pencil icon to open the profile editor

You will now see the Client Profile Editor page

Select the Client Relations Manager tab

You will now see the client's additional contact(s) listed if one was added

What if both the minor and the parent are seeking services but the minor does not have an email address?

If the minor does not have an email address and the parent is seeking services then you will need to add a modifier to the parents email address and use it in the child’s profile.

Parent would have their primary email in their demo page

Connect the 2 using the relationship manager.

What if both minor and parent are seeking services and the minor does have an email address?

Add the minors email in their demo page and add the parents email in their demo page.

Connect the 2 using the relationship manager if parent needs access to the minors portal.

What if a minor is seeking services and does not need access to the portal and the parent is not seeking services. Parent needs to access portal?

Add the parents email into the minors demo page

What if a minor is seeking services and needs their own access to the portal and the parent is not seeking services but also needs access to the minors portal?

Add minors email in the demo page

Add parents' email on the relationship manager as a contact with their own email.

To create a modifier email:

A modifier email is usually a defining word, the plus sign and the parents email address.

A modifier email is not a different email, meaning when a modifier is added to an email, any email sent to the modified email will be received in the inbox of the original email, for example:

If the parents email is: Test@therapyiq.com

A modified email would be: DefiningWord+test@therapyiq.com

That way you will fill the email requirement for the account and still have the parents personal email in use.
