Understanding Missing Signature Alerts
TiQ tracks and reports Missing Signatures for the following 7 forms:
- Biopsychosocial
- Service Agreement
- Treatment Plan
- Release of Information
- Discharge Report
- Treatment Review
- Progress Note
4 different signatures may be required for a form:
- Client
- Provider
- Supervisor
- Guardian (On select forms)
From the Missing Signature Alerts dashboard view signatures collected and signatures that are still missing
The Supervisor Signature Required column informs us whether a supervisor signature is required.
If not, then the signature is not necessary so the Qualified Supervisor Signature column will also say no.
