Understanding ERA Statuses

In this guide, we will explain the three different ERA statuses in TiQ and what they mean. Understanding these statuses helps manage your ERA workflow more efficiently.

  • Open: The 'Open' status indicates that the ERA process is not yet complete and is still open for further activity or action.

  • Worked: The 'Worked' status means that the ERA has been manually marked as worked.

Note: The worked ERA will be grayed out in the ERA log, indicating that it no longer requires attention.

  • Archived: The 'Archived' status is used to remove the ERA from the active log.
