In TiQ, we recognize that there are moments when you need to reserve your availability for an entire day. Scheduling an All-Day Event enables users to block out their availability for the duration of the event.
In this guide, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of scheduling an All-Day Event in TiQ, ensuring that you can effectively block out your availability for your planned events.
Select Calendar iQ from the Navigation Bar
From Calendar iQ select + New Event button
Select All Day for the event being created. Once selected, all time slots will be blocked for the day of the event.
NOTE: If a Staff Member is assigned, the Event “Time Zone” will automatically adjust to match the Time Zone settings in the Staff Member's profile. This ensures that the Event Time Zone aligns correctly with the assigned Provider's time in their Calendar.
Once created, all-day events will appear at the top of your calendar under the all-day section.
