This guide will show you how to Lock Co-pay, Co-insurance, and Deductible amounts to avoid them being updated by auto verification. This will enable a user to enter these manually and block verification of benefits from changing this amount
From the Navigation Bar Select Client iQ
Select or Search for your client using the search box
On your client’s profile, select the Pencil Icon to open the Profile Editor
Navigate to the Financial & Insurance Info tab
Scroll down until you see the Co-insurance, Co-pay, and Deductible fields
Enter the amount you want to set as the client's Co-insurance, Co-pay, and Deductible.
Check the Lock box to stop the auto-verification from updating these fields. Ensure you scroll down and Save Changes
