As a user role Account Owner, you're able to see the “View Balance” button on the Payment Detail form.
From the Navigation Bar, navigate to Reporting iQ.
Select the Ledger tab.
Select a ledger transaction.
In the upper right corner, select the ‘View Balance’ button.
This will give you a more in-depth understanding of actions that were taken for this ledger item such as adjustments, changes, and dates these actions occurred.
