In this guide we will show you how to upgrade you TiQ account to have access to  expanded features or downgrade if you'd like different experience.

Upgrading Your Account

On your Waitlist iQ page, select the Upgrade Now banner on the right side

The TiQ Account Setup form will pop-up, select Ready to start or press Enter

‍

After filling the form you will be redirected to the Dashboard section, and your trial period for 14 days will be started.

Note: You will see at the top a banner to update your account whenever you want to start working with TiQ.

Downgrading Your Account

From the Navigation Bar, Select Practice Manager

‍

From the Practice Manager, select the Subscription tab.

‍

In the Subscription tab select the Downgrade Subscription button

‍

A Warning pop-up will appear

Type downgrade in the field below.

Select the Confirm button

‍

After you downgrade, you will be redirected to the Waitlist iQ section and you will have access to the free version.
