In this guide, you will learn how to start a Video iQ session hosted by you

From the Navigation Bar select Calendar iQ

Select the Event related to the Video iQ session and select the Start Session button

‍

The Video iQ session will open the settings, type Your name and select Continue

‍

‍

Permit your device by selecting the Check Device Permissions button and allow the app to access your microphone and camera.

‍

Prepare to join the meeting, adjust your microphone and camera before starting the meeting

‍

‍

Select the Start Meeting button

‍

‍

The Video iQ session will start. Wait for participants to join.

‍

‍

When a participant joins the Video iQ session, a message will be displayed on your screen. Select the Allow button to let the participant join the meeting.

‍

‍

To remove a participant from a Video iQ Session, select the Participants button at the bottom. From the participant list select the Remove Icon

A confirmation message will appear on your screen, select Yes, Remove button

‍

To End a meeting for all participants select the End Meeting button. A confirmation message will appear on your screen, select the End Meeting For All button

The meeting will end for all participants
