Users can access their profile settings to configure their Availability settings. The availability set in the user profile enables reminders in the TiQ Calendar Appointment Scheduler, helping schedulers identify available time slots. It also determines the user’s availability when scheduling appointments through the "Availability Search" feature.
To configure availability, select the top right menu and then select Profile from the dropdown.

Select the days and the time frame you are available for each day of the week by clicking on Time Management.
Users can add multiple availability time blocks for each day of the week based on their scheduling needs.

Select Save when completed.

After setting up availability, the following schedule will be visible from the event scheduler page, on the calendar, when the user hovers over each user’s title.

When using the Availability Search feature, only available time slots will be displayed based on the user’s availability settings in their profile and any scheduled appointments.

Additionally, when selecting the Day View in Calendar iQ, you will be able to see the available time frames in blank, while the unavailable time frames will show up in light gray.

Note: From the Time Management tab, users can also customize how their calendar times are displayed by setting their preferred start and end times.
