How to Set Up Provider Availability - User Set Up

The availability that you set up in your user profile will allow for reminders to appear in the TiQ Calendar Appointment Scheduler to inform the scheduler of your availability.

Select the dropdown arrow next to your user name, then select Profile from the dropdown.

From this page, you can edit your user profile.

Select the days and the time frame you are available for each day of the week by clicking on Time Management.

Select Save when completed.

After setting up availability, the following schedule will be visible from the event scheduler page, on the calendar, when the user hovers over each user’s title.

Additionally, when selecting the Day View in Calendar iQ, you’ll be able to see the available time frames in blank, while the unavailable time frames will show up in light gray.
