This guide will show you how to set a specific time zone for your clients. Click here to learn how to set time zones for your practice.
From the client profile, select the pencil icon to open the client profile editor.
In the Basics & Demographics tab, scroll down to the Address section.
Click the Time Zone field to open the dropdown, and select the appropriate time zone for the client.
NOTE: By default, this field will be auto-filled with the primary practice location time zone.
Once the time zone is selected, and you’ve completed the rest of the information as needed, select Save Changes
IMPORTANT: Selecting a time zone in the client profile will only impact the specific client portal and the event invitations/reminders the client will receive. E.g. All event reminders sent to the client will reflect the client’s selected time zone.
NOTE: If adding a new client, select Save Client Profile, and then Next to continue completing the client’s profile.
