When an event is created you can send the client an event invitation at that time. However, if you need to send another invite or wish to send an invite to a 3rd party, here are the steps to do so.
From the Navigation Bar select Calendar iQ.
From the calendar select the related event to the Video iQ session you are looking for.
The Individual Session information will open. Select the Invite icon.
Here you have the option to send an invitation to the Video iQ session for users and clients and also have the option to send an invitation via email.
Select the user, or client or type the email to send the invitation.
Note: Select + Add Another Participant to add more participants and send the invitation.
Select the Send Invite button.
Users or Clients will receive an invite via E-mail.
