From Client iQ, Select or Search for your desired client
From the Client Profile, select the Edit icon.
You will now see the Client Profile
Select the Portal Settings tab.
Select Send Reset Password Email.
A Confirmation pop-up will show, select 'Yes'.
Note: To change the email address on file, edit the client's email.
Your client will receive an email to reset their password
Note: The client username is the email address that is associated with their client profile.
