In TiQ, clients have the ability to add a payment method on their portal. However, the updating or removal of a payment method can only be performed by a user within the client profile. To remove a payment method for a client, follow these steps:
From the Client Profile, navigate to Billing Overview and select Client's Payment Methods from the drop down
From the Payment Cards overview select the 3 dot icon
Select Delete
Confirm if you'd like to delete the payment method
The payment method has now been deleted.
