From the Navigation Bar, select Calendar iQ.
From the calendar, select the group appointment you want to create a group note for.
On the event page, toggle the Group Attendance switch.
Note: The Group attendance toggle will only appear if an appointment has 2 or more participants.
Record the attendance for each participant by checking the appropriate attendance box
Select Record Attendance and Start Group Note
Note: The recorded Group Note will serve as the starting point for each participant's progress note.
Select Submit when completed.
Note: The group note will only populate in the progress note of clients marked as attended.
Select each participant's progress note icon and complete their note. The group notes that populate can be edited, elaborated upon, or deleted completely, depending on how you complete the form.
Note: A related event must be included to submit your progress note.
Select Save and Submit Note to save the progress note, or Save and Finish Later if you wish to complete it at a later time.
