How to Process Bulk Client Invoice Payments

This guide will show you how to run bulk payments in Therapy iQ. Bulk payments allow you to submit payments for multiple client invoices all at one time. Please keep in mind each client must have a valid credit or debit card on file within TiQ. Click Here to Learn How to Add a Card to a Client Profile.

Select Reporting iQ from the Navigation Bar.

Select Invoice Aging. You will be directed to the Invoice Aging report.

Select the Service Date(s) to filter.

Select the Invoices that you want to collect payment for.

Select Run Payments.

If payments are processed successfully, a message will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Invoices processed successfully will then be removed from the aging report and can be reviewed in the Transaction Ledger.

If payments are declined, review the error message.

Error messages are delivered directly from Stripe Payment Processing.
